Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Please read the fine prints of each course before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
  • Any cancellation will have to be done by sending a mail to customersupport@zoomlearn.com. The cancellation request will be taken into account only on receipt of such mail.
  • Any cancellation or refund is allowed only for those licenses where the content is not viewed.

Cancellation Policy

  • For Cancellations please contact the us via customersupport@zoomlearn.com
  • Any cancellation or refund need to be done within the first 10% of the duration of the license from the date of purchase. Namely if the license is for 30 days the cancellation will have to be done within the first three days. If the license is for 90 days then the cancellation will have to be done in the first 9 days.

Refund Policy

  • In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund provided the above conditions of cancellation is adhered to. 
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
